JAMESVILLE OFFICE LIQUIDATION

Closing an office? Downsizing? Renovating?

We buy office furniture—and we make it easy. No drawn-out negotiations, no waiting for auction bids, no hauling things to the curb yourself.

Here's how it works: send us photos of what you've got, we'll give you a straight answer on what it's worth, and if the numbers work, our team handles pickup. You get paid. Done.

We've been doing this long enough to know what moves and what doesn't—which means fair offers, fast timelines, and zero runaround.

Ready to see if we're a fit? Check out our checklist below or send us some photos to get started.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Send us the details

Email photos of your furniture to bw@jamesvillefurniture.com and include:

  • Quantity and sizes (especially seating)

  • Your deadline—when does everything need to be out?

  • Location (address and floor level)

  • Can you deliver to us, or do you need pickup?

  • Interested in replacement furniture after the cleanout?

Step 2: If it's a fit, we'll schedule a visit

We'll come assess your inventory in person, give you real numbers on what we can pay, and quote removal costs for anything that won't resell.

Step 3: We handle the rest

Pickup scheduled, furniture moved, you get paid. Our team works clean and fast—minimal disruption to your space.

Beyond the Basics

Not everything resells, and not every situation is simple. We can also help with:

  • Donation coordination — connect your furniture with charities and nonprofits

  • Recycling and disposal — responsible options for what can't be rehomed

  • Delivery and installation — we can move pieces to their next destination

  • Short or long-term storage — if your timeline's complicated

  • Detailed inventory documentation — for accounting, insurance, or internal records

A Note on Storage

It seems like a simple solution, but storage costs add up fast: moving fees, transport, labor to load and unload, potential damage, monthly rent, and then you pay it all again when you move out.

Often, liquidating now beats storing for later.
